Receptionist is very rude She charged a 100 dollar cancellation fee for cancelling an appointment that the insurance company would not provide a ride
I have been a patient of Dr. Anna Fromzel for over 25 years. She is the best! She is very professional and caring, and her office is very clean and orderly. She has always helped me on a very high level, I would highly recommend her for any dental needs.
Went to Anne for a teeth cleaning she told me that my insurance wouldn’t not pay for it & that if I wanted my teeth cleaned I would having to pay out of pocket over 900 dollars. So I went to another dentist up the street & they cleaned my teeth with no problem & under my insurance. Zero copay wouldn’t recommend going here.
Horrible, scary experience. I went to get a cleaning (ps: I have no pain or issues occurring and have been up to date with my previous dentist work as an adult. My insurance changed so decided to try this dentist under my new policy. Dr. Fromzel cleaned my teeth then insisted I needed 5 root canals?! She didn't go over any x rays in plan either, she just insisted. I Followed up the next day with my normal dentist as a second opinion... long story short: I DON'T NEED A SINGLE ROOT CANAL. I’ve been SO content with Dr. Anna Fromzel and her team. Since being with them, they’ve guided me through everything from cavities, root canal, deep cleaning, getting a crown and wisdom teeth advice. Alice and Alicia are excellent at creating/reminding of appointments, working with your insurance and letting me know exactly what the price will be, making it so easy for me.
