Very friendly and professional staff. I felt comfortable the whole time.
Abby, hygienist, was amazing. She communicated everything including how many X-rays I needed & I counted down to know when I was close, to all the data she collected & explaining why. Dr. Harvey was just as good, he was personable & friendly. I hadn’t had cavities filled since I was under 10yrs old & a little nervous BUT it was easy, felt nothing & he kept asking how they felt then “shaving” them so it felt more natural. Fantastic experience.
Yesterday was my first visit, and I'm very happy with them! Let's start with the check in process... It was very quick and they were able to let me know exactly what I was responsible for and what the insurance company would pay for. They got me back into the exam room in super quick time. Once there, the dental technician and the doctor were both very professional but also very friendly as they walked me through everything they were going to be doing.
