D- on better business bureau for a reason! Do not trust this facility with you oral health or your money. In 2021 i decided to go to this facility for a cleaning and whitening as i had engagement photos coming up. When i was examines by Dr. Aurora i was told that i had several cavities in teeth that had NEVER previously given me any issues. The staff were very unprofessional and I highly recommend you DO NOT go there. I went for a denture and it never fit. I returned several times asking to adjust it or make a new one, they refused to do it
Family Dental Care will attempt to seriously overcharge you for work you do not need. I went for a routine cleaning, which i get done every year. When they were finished with my evaluation, not only were they ademant that I was about to loose my teeth, but too correct my dire condition the cost would be $800, for a deep deep cleaning with antibiotics!
