Wanted to thank Paige, Saba and Anna for excellent service I received today when I came in for my treatment also to take this opportunity to thank Leslie who was not there today but has given great service in the past. Such a welcoming practice keep up the good work.
I went to the practice on the 13/09/23 and quite honestly, I thought the appointment was horrible. I have NEVER had panic attacks or felt as anxious as I did in a dental appointment! I'll go into this and other things below. I am someone who has mixed mental and physical health problems, I do have dental phobia but never have panic attacks during a dental appointment, I also have swallowing issues which I believe is dysphagia and other issues which means I can't be leaned too far back at the dentist, dentist usually accommod... read more
I'm a very nervous patient ,but the welcome you get from when you go in, excellent,and Mitesh puts you at ease having a tooth out, was painless and I was informed of every step to be taken, and checked I was ok all the way through, so grateful for all the time and care given Thank you TM
