Great people here from the front desk to the behind the scenes crew. Last dental facility left me with an uneasy feeling this one is so welcoming and talks you through every details and makes on the spot accommodations. From someone who has had traumatic experiences I feel at ease returning to this facility!
The staff at this office is super kind and very friendly! But unfortunately, I cannot return. I have been a long time patient and every time I leave I continue to receive bills on top of bills. With really no explanation as to why I am receiving them. Recently, I have continued to pay these bills, but I cannot afford this dentist office anymore. Great staff! Everyone was ever helpful, went above and beyond to assist me during my first visit. There was no long wait, they didn’t give me a hard time due to my lateness. I called hours before to inform them and they insisted on me still arriving and that they would be waiting for me to get in. Dr.b was also extremely detailed on all the work I needed to get done due to my broken tooth after I was recently in a car crash.
