First visit. Extremely thorough. Excellent facility and personnel.
Coming here for myself and my 3 year old daughter for the first time was a phenomenal experience! The staff was very gentle and accommodating. Dr. Lenny was AMAZING:)- Let my daughter see and hold all the instruments and explained what she was going to do before doing it. The patience this team had was very much appreciated as we were nervous about going to the dentist for the first time. Geneseo Family Dental visit was as expected. I did not have to wait long and while I did I was welcomed into the waiting room which had a TV to watch. The staff was kind and attentive to my issues. The dentist did not keep me waiting as well and was quick to come a viable solution to my concerns.
Geneseo Family Dental is by far the friendliest Dentist’s Office I’ve ever been to in my entire lifetime. They are professional and warming from the moment you walk in the door and this includes every member of the practice from the Dentists, Hygienists and Technicians right down to the Office Staff.
