Worst service ever
The doctor is really good. The one star is for the office manager Rosa. She’s very rude and disrespectful. When I called her out about her being wrong she got defensive and raised her voice and told me I’m being disrespectful. Never was treated that way in my life. I felt like crying but I hold it together because my son was there. Be aware of her. She’s very aggressive and not professional. Unfortunately she’s been working the re for many years but I think she needs a vacation so she can calm down.
Great staff and great customer service.
