I had a great experience at this dental office today! Everyone was professional, welcoming, and genuinely made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. A special shoutout to Denise Bakker, the Office Manager, for her patience, flexibility, and empathy. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt heard and taken care of, and that level of customer service really stood out to me. At Brookdale Family the staff has always gone above and beyond to make the experience of visiting the dentist less daunting. The office staff are AMAZING and will do everything they can to accommodate. Dr. Panitch has a demeanor that assuages anxiety. There is a reason I've been seeing them for years. If you are looking for a warm, friendly dentist then I highly recommend Brookdale Family.

I have been coming to Dr Panitch now for the last 3 years, and I wish I had found this office sooner. When I first came in I had a lot of damage to my teeth from improper care as a child, including discoloration that I was very self conscious about. From my initial visit I needed a crown and many fillings, which were done over multiple visits.
