At Brookdale Family the staff has always gone above and beyond to make the experience of visiting the dentist less daunting. The office staff are AMAZING and will do everything they can to accommodate. Dr. Panitch has a demeanor that assuages anxiety. There is a reason I've been seeing them for years. If you are looking for a warm, friendly dentist then I highly recommend Brookdale Family.
I have been coming to Dr Panitch now for the last 3 years, and I wish I had found this office sooner. When I first came in I had a lot of damage to my teeth from improper care as a child, including discoloration that I was very self conscious about. From my initial visit I needed a crown and many fillings, which were done over multiple visits. Had a dental emergency flare up and Family Dental Associates of Brookdale really came through for me. Denise, the office manager, went out of her way to get me sorted out fast, and she did it without making me feel like I was a hassle (which, when you're the one actually in pain, matters way more than you'd think). What got me is they were serious about helping. They weren't trying to rush me out the door, they wanted to find what was wrong and they did not stop until it was fixed. Great family practice. Everyone at the office is so sweet and pleasant to deal with. They have free coffee in the waiting area . No wait times . Very honest and understanding. I would highly Recommend.
Dr. Panitch is the best of the best..kind, thorough, amazing hands, friendly staff...always accommodating when i need them...clear and honest billing...super nice doc , cant recommend highly enough!
