Super rude staff
Worst experience
3 days after I buy my car from them, there's an issue with the transmission and I almost die at 12 mph getting on, and then off, the freeway. I take it back to them to ask for help solving the issue but they're all too interested in their Chick-fil-A lunch. Logan left me waiting in the lobby for nearly TWO HOURS and then came back with this goofy smirk basically saying "sorry bruh". Not going to negotiate, even if you have cash
Bought an Acadia from Ryan a few months back, could not have been a better experience! Very personable and made the car buying experience enjoyable. On top of the great atmosphere, Ryan was able to take care of all the details in-house so we didn't have to deal with the secretary of state. 10/10 will buy our next car from Ryan at Next Mile again!
