Worst service ever after purchasing 3 bike there in the past 5 years. Brought my bike in for some repairs. They tried to fix my brand new brakes and didn't do s good job at all. Got home cable slipped out so they just took my $$and and my breaks still don't work as good as they did before going In to the shop that day. WILL NEVER GO BACK PLEASE PEOPLE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE THANKS RIDE ON,�

I bought a 2016 Santa Cruz Juliana Furtada Carbon Full Suspension bike a week ago. Zeb patiently answered all my questions and gave me over 3 hours of his time measuring my old bike and adjusting the new one to insure that the fit was perfect for me. The service is excellent and I would highly recommend Family Cycling to any serious cyclist, especially a woman, who needs a custom fit on a bike. Thanks Zeb!
