I've been riding bikes now for about 45 years and this is the best shop for service I've found in this part of California. Their labor rates are less than the dealer's and they actually care about you and your bike. I went to the local dealership last week for some minor service because they're closer to me and the whole time they acted like they could care less about anyone in there, or their business. I highly recommend Family Cycle.
