I give this place two stars because it was at least clean and functional. However, there's a huge scam going on with this place where they charge patients 4,000 dollars for their special "top of the line" DNA swatch to see what medications are best compatible with you. There is no such thing as that. They'll give you a cotton swab to take your saliva and tell you that they're going to see what medications work best with your blood type/DNA, etc. The catch 22 is what they charge you and your insurance for a nonexistant test. ... read more

Should probably be 1 Star, but I think they do a good job with testing and the staff was helpful and reliable. However we were told that we would get the test results back in 4 to 6 weeks. Roughly 4 months later after numerous calls, we got the test results. Once I called I was told that the staff would email the psychologist as she was really bad at checking her voice mails (even those left by staff). I'm surprised to see multiple negative reviews. I've gone here since high school and I'm 27yrs old now. I saw Melissa for counseling as a teenager and she was phenomenal and I still appreciate the things I learned from her to this day, I know a couple she also greatly helped with marital couseling. Myself and the couple both refer people here all the time. I now see Kat Griffith and am extremely happy with her advocacy for me even when pushing approval from my insurance company.
