The therapists have seemed good but the billing office is super confusing and messed up for us. Not sending statements until months in and then automatically withdrawing all the payments at once, giving the money back and saying they are adjusting the bill, but then sending overdue payment notifications, billing for appointments we didn't have, telling me over the phone they will figure it out but not getting back to me. It's disappointing.
From the beginning of my very first session up to present day it has been something of a endeavor, one in which began with some apprehension. So do all journey's with even the smallest amount of uncertainty. Personal self-improvement is a journey not to be done alone nor taken quite lightly.
