I made an appointment, two weeks out for 7 pm. The day of, Amy, the counselor text me telling me she wouldn’t be in office that night and would need to reschedule for the following Wednesday. I told her I didn’t get off work until 7 pm that night, and she asked for my availability. I gave it to her and I had to reach back out to her the following day to try and reschedule the appointment.
