I went for a couple months and their”by the book” procedures were unhealthy for me as I was made to bring back tragedies and bad experiences and memories, I had to talk about these past events while following a blinking light. This made me return home sad and angry, especially at people involved in these historic situations of my life , causing more turmoil with my family.
