Just awful! I've been on a waiting list for over a year. The waiting list doesn't move. They just informed me that they can't take me because of available counselors. I wasted an entire damn year on a waiting list, when I should be getting counseling. Go somewhere else.

This place is poorly managed and disorganized as could be! The receptionist is clueless! They schedule 15 mins for a med check that they constantly run over because it should be 30 and they constantly just rush you through the med checks because of it! If your late for an appointment because of the weather and road conditions they let you check in and sit there for 15 mins while they have taken someone else back your an appointment that was for your time and then call the desk and tell them they can’t see you and to reschedu... read more

I went here as a kid, I quickly moved to family behavioral resources, at first it was quick and convenient, my psych (when I was 7) had me on a ton of meds that made me feel worse, I never felt heard, when I would speak on my emotions it would always be oh you'll be ok, and it always took forever to make appointments. I don't know what it's like now but from what I've heard they haven't changed
