Ruth is very rude at the front desk poorly manages the way calls are handled.. I say 1 swear word on the phone she hangs up like shes acts like she is the closest thing to Mother Mary... I originally called so my grandma can get scheduled for an over the phone call appt which she has had numerous times but they still refuse to do it Plus she is bedridden so how do you expect her to get there? . Seems all Ruth cares about it a paycheck which is beyond pathetic at this point.

Just awful! I've been on a waiting list for over a year. The waiting list doesn't move. They just informed me that they can't take me because of available counselors. I wasted an entire damn year on a waiting list, when I should be getting counseling. Go somewhere else.

This place is poorly managed and disorganized as could be! The receptionist is clueless! They schedule 15 mins for a med check that they constantly run over because it should be 30 and they constantly just rush you through the med checks because of it! If your late for an appointment because of the weather and road conditions they let you check in and sit there for 15 mins while they have taken someone else back your an appointment that was for your time and then call the desk and tell them they can’t see you and to reschedu... read more
