Problem I have is they don’t answer the phone. But staff is nice
We love Dr. Andrew! He is so great with kids. Nobody loves going to the dentist, but it helps tremendously when you have a kind, compassionate doctor who does excellent work and puts even his youngest patients at ease. Their hygienists are really great too! We definitely recommend Family & Cosmetic Dentistry of Jackson.
The customer service is horrible! My crown was supposed to be ready today for my appointment at 9:00am they waited to call me 15 minutes before my appointment when I was already in the parking lot . They proceeded to say it’s not their fault ! It’s not mines either that the lab you use didn’t deliver the day you said it would be here ! I’ve walked around 5 days with a temporary crown and I’m highly upset that I have to wait until they get ready !
On Jan 22 2025 I had two filling and a tooth pulled before then I was rescheduled three times On the 22 I had the filling done first then the tooth pulled I was ok then the medicine wore off and I have been in pain since on the 23 I woke up up with a fever and throwing up because of pain called them and told them what was going out and they said it’s not because of them I took off work the rest of the week and stayed home I have been in extreme pain and can’t eat or swallow or hardly walk because it hurts so bad I have tried... read more
