Literally an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE so get anyone to answer the phone!! Takes several days of calling to actually get through and get help on the phone!!!!!!!!!
Was told they would get back to me about my nephew’s root canal and crown that he needs done. He’s been in pain for weeks. They told us they would call when they go everything approved by insurance. This was weeks ago. I have been calling multiple times a day and NO ONE answers the phones. I’d give 0 stars if I could.
They Never Answer The Phone You’ll Have To show Up For An Appointment And Make It Then highly Don’t Recommend
The dental work was fine, everything was explained clearly and they were kind. But, it is almost impossible to reach anyone by phone. Either no answer or busy signal. It doesn't seem to make any difference what time of day or day of they week you call. There is no answering machine,callback option, or option to make an appointment online so be prepared to go in person. When I asked about this, they said they get loads of calls.
I had an appointment today they told me they're doing a root canal and a crown, they didn't tell me till after they finished that I have to wait two+ weeks for the crown. They put on a temporary cap and told me not to eat on that side. There is a gap between the temp cap and my gums where food will definitely get stuck and I have never felt this much pain, even with the broken tooth they "fixed" I will absolutely be searching for a new dentist and I have no idea what to do in the meantime.
