I am extremely disappointed with the treatment I have received from the administrative staff. After being a patient consistently for the last 3 years their was briefly an issue with my insurance. Without discussing anything with me, I was left a voicemail that all future appointments had been canceled due to my insurance, an issue i was just being made aware of, because of this voicemail. The Gelnwood location I am fairly new to. I met with the provider once cause my provider through CHI is not gonna be in my network from January so I switched to this provider. I had a few Medications that she could not call in right away. I sent a message on Thursday several days before it was due. It was not received, Friday I sent a message, it was actually responded to.
