Eric is absolutely horrible about documenting. As a professional myself I believe this place is due for some type of inspection. It's not right for the parents when EVERYTHING that's happening and being said is not recorded. Eric is unfair and should spend less time on YouTube and eating during visits that are PAID for. Lori does an amazing job. Wish I had contact information for a higher up party.
