HORRIBLE... DO NOT USE! And they don't read these, they say "Thank you" to every review even the bad reviews, One review I read was talking about Stains coming back and they Don't say "SORRY let us fix that for you." NOPE just a "THANK YOU".... I should of read more on them before I used them. My fault, BUT I got what I paid for. They do not steam clean, they only surface clean.
