I honestly have to say that Sam did a fabulous job cleaning my sofa! However, the rug that he cleaned, while it looked great wet, dried to a stiff, uncomfortable consistency. I’m certain there was a step that was missed. It is like the cleaning agent wasn’t vacuumed back up or rinsed! The machine that was used to scrub was the be-all, end-all. I’m sort of disappointed. These lines are very stiff.

HORRIBLE... DO NOT USE! And they don't read these, they say "Thank you" to every review even the bad reviews, One review I read was talking about Stains coming back and they Don't say "SORRY let us fix that for you." NOPE just a "THANK YOU".... I should of read more on them before I used them. My fault, BUT I got what I paid for. They do not steam clean, they only surface clean. I was very pleased with the service I received. Samuel, the Tech was professional, courteous, quick and thorough. Great job!!! I would use them again. Very inexpensive compared to those major carpet cleaning chains. Thanks for my clean carpets.
