From the E.R. staff (minus one doctor), to the cardiology floor staff, I felt like each person I interacted with truly cared about me and my well-being. I don't recommend anything about it. they are rude and try to force the patient to be there alone. don't want to let family be with the patient. they basically would not listen to what their being told about the circumstances. my child could die and Fort Sanders does not seem to care. Go somewhere else if you can, don't risk your life at Fort Sanders

Going on 4+ hours of waiting in the ER. When I went and asked when my wife might be seen. I was very sharply told by the lady behind the window that “she has no idea and that she doesn’t know”. This place is like watching molasses drip on a winters day. Have watched numerous people get up and walk out and they came in after us. Update * Finally left after close to 6 hrs. Only reason we waited that long was due to the fact they took X-rays almost 3 hrs ago and I know I’m going to get billed for that I was hoping to at least h... read more
Been here 4 hours. Loud rude people in ER. Absolutely no social distancing and mask not being worn properly. Staff is saying nothing. Never again will I come here.
nurses do not know how to treat family members of patients and have completely lost compassion.. I know covid has made changes happen but caring shouldn't have stopped!

RecommendedVery patient oriented and knowledgeable. Dr. Hoover goes above and beyond for his patients and takes the time to listen. Definitely on of the best doctor I know!
RecommendedDr. Hoover is very kind and professional to his patients, and will go the extra mile to make sure that his patients get the care they need. Really went out of his way when I hurt my foot. Definitely would recommend!
