It started out good but ended poorly and when I finally complained out of pure frustration they sent me a termination notice not to come back. Let that sink in, your doctor would rather terminate you rather than fix what is wrong. I am the paying customer and medical patients have every right to expect great care not mediocre care and then on top of it, it’s just excuses instead of accountability. Dr Christy Duran is by far my favorite family MD for so many reasons. A big one... Christy cares about you as a human being. You never feel like the next one in the lineup; rather she stops and really connects, and is open to figuring out the best course of action TOGETHER... in a way that works for you. She is also open to /supports acupuncture and other traditional approaches. And she will go the extra mile to make sure you have what you need.
