Melinda does great work with my family and I am happy she is so close to my home! Thanks so much for being close and being so compassionate and competent. Keep up the great work!
I went in on Tuesday to see Melinda regarding my ongoing back pain and to get my medications refilled. Especially 2 of them, a muscle relaxer and medicine for RLS. My pain level was 9 to 9 1/2 and was unable to sit or stand still. she was supposed to call my medicine in that day and never did. Consequently, I had a bad night. The office is closed on Wednesdays so therefore there will be another bad night because of her incompetence. This is not the first time she has done this to me.
