After a year of trying to work with this office, I gave up. They messed up my blood work, then ordered a test I never received results for, but I sure got the $1500 Mercy bill! No answers, began avoiding my calls, requested they send me all my info to my home so I never have to deal with them again. Do not recommend. Poor poor poor communication. No one even cared that I was leaving over the issues and feeling like they don't care about a patient.
Do not waste your time here. I had to go here because my insurance wasn't taken at many places and lots of doctors offices that did take my insurance were not accepting new patients due to the pandemic. So due to all of that I decided this would be the best option. The first time I went I felt like I wasn't really being listened to, just rushed to get in and out. This place is clinic and also urgent care. Everything done here. Professional doctor and wonderful team. Highly recommend.
