My medicine needed refills and I was told I will have to get a dr appointment. I talked to them and explained I'm a truck driver. They said just let us know when you can come in. I called around noon today and left a message with no return call. I called back later and the receptionist said they are booked up today so I guess they aren't really worried about their patients health
I love all the people that work there. They are a blessing to our community.
The whole staff at The Family Clinic at the Lake is so kind,courteous,and great. The Dr.'s and F.N.P. are outstanding in everyway(in my opinion).They genuinely care,see,and treat you as a person and not just an increase to their paycheck. I've NEVER had to wait in lobby for more than 5-10mins.max before being called back and seen while having my physicians full attention,time,and focus on me and my care during my visit and Im still out quickly with no other concerns or unanswered questions left unspoken due to rushing me out... read more
I love this place. Everyone is so caring for each n everyone of their patients that walk thru their door. I truly believe without them n Baptist Hospital an the good Lord above.. I would not be here today. Love each n everyone of them..
