It seems no one wants to talk to you today. Been trying to contact them for over a week now. No on answers the phone. Why have a system to press 3 leave a message and 0 to talk to the front desk when it goes to voice mail. YES! Very upset!
I absolutely love the 3 providers themselves with their personalities, caring sides, and usually thorough. However on average, when I call for an appointment for myself or my children, I have to wait about a week to get in. I've had to keep calling and calling to get a hold of someone to begin with. They're horrible about following up after E.R. visits and referrals. Depending on the provider, I have been in office for up to about 3 hours before. Jen is the most relatable physician there is! She understands different types of physical and emotional pain more than many, as she has experienced many types of extreme pain. She LISTENS! And she works hard to find problems without pushing drugs. I travel 2.5 hours to see her, and it's worth every mile and dollar it takes to get there! ❤️
