I've had two really bad customer service interactions with this store. I called twice after they opened, and no one answered the phone. Then I called again on my lunch break, and I was put on hold for 5 minutes with no return. I called again, and they wanted to put me on hold again. I said no, I've been hold for 5 minutes, I just need a question answered. I ordered a book on Monday, here it is Thursday, I never received a call that it came in.
