If I could leave a zero, I would, I have been fighting for almost 2 years to get a return back. I have called this company, the IRS, and sent all kinds of info back and forth. The IRS has said they have no information on my returns after I paid them. I will be calling an attorney and filing a complaint with BBB as well as filing a complaint with the IRS. STAY AWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Very helpful, straightforward. Was very concerned starting this process but Michael London was a great help and answered every question I had. Very straightforward with the process and cost. Mr. London was great to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who needs help.

Mr. London was very professional. He made filing my taxes super easy and stress free. I’m usually hesitant with dealing with certain tax preparers but he made the whole process comfortable for me. I will be filing again next year and referring potential customers as well. Thank you Michael !!

Apparently whomever is distributing their propaganda can't read. They came into my neighborhood handing out flyers and it specifically says on my door that we do not accept soliciting but here I am with a flyer that will be thrown in the garbage because they cant read. I don't even live in Lakeland. Guy even read the sign.
