If I could leave a zero, I would, I have been fighting for almost 2 years to get a return back. I have called this company, the IRS, and sent all kinds of info back and forth. The IRS has said they have no information on my returns after I paid them. I will be calling an attorney and filing a complaint with BBB as well as filing a complaint with the IRS. STAY AWAY CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!
My guy Jose gets me right every year no problems no set backs I highly recommend him or any of the other associates there very friendly and professional
DO NOT DO YOIR TAXES HERE! I made the mistake of doing my taxes with them and it took me a whole year to receive my refund! It didn’t get sent several times and when I would call and ask they would just give me an excuse to get me off the phone! After I finally got my refund a year later they refused to give me copies of my return! I have been calling for 4 days now asking nicely for copies of MY return and they keep saying “I’ll send it right over” it’s been 4 days I’ve been calling back to back and each time someone finall... read more
