We learned of Family Chimney Repair when we watched them restore our neighbors chimney. My neighbor was so happy with their work that we too hired them to replace the crumbling stucco and rusted chimney caps on our own chimney. This was not an easy job and they did it quickly and very well. Their people were wonderful and communicated every step of the way. I wholehearted recommend them to you.
Great communication throughout our experience from start to finish, from the estimate to completion of the work. They did everything agreed upon in the estimate. The crown wash and flashing they replaced is outstanding. Our chimney looks brand new! The two young men who did the work wasted no time, acted like professional's and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. And, their prices were very reasonable! They make it easy to give a 5 star review!
Our stone chimney was in need of repair and Igor did a terrific job of dismantling, cleaning the stones, and then rebuilding it with an appropriate concrete cap. It is now structurally sound and looks great! I appreciated Igor's knowledge and detailed estimate; he helped me understand what was needed. He was professional, friendly and experienced. November 27-28, 2023 Look no further for all of your chimney and masonry needs. Igor and his crew are extremely knowledgeable and SO incredibly hardworking. We just purchased our home and our chimney was a complete disaster and needed to be partially rebuilt among other things. I called regarding my fireplace damper not working, it looked to me that the linkage was broken, I called to arrange a service call, the next afternoon Igor arrived and inspected damper, after a few minutes he determined that the mechanism was froze up and stuck, he grabbed a hold of the linkage vigorously worked it back and forth and then turned and said ok now what next.
