Discovered we need a chimney rebuild after replacing the roof. Chimney was 100+ years old and removal of flashing showed mortar and bricks long past needing attention. Family Chimney was recommended to us. Thorough bids for multiple options were given to us and the team was available for clarification and our many questions. The chimney rebuild was done beautifully and the area left spotless. Great experience from beginning to end.
Just had Kelly with family chimney repair. Replace a chimney cap and cleaned the chimney. The roof is very steep. Kelly is friendly and hard working!!! Did an awesome job!!!! If needed I know who to call in the future! Thanks Kelly
Great communication throughout our experience from start to finish, from the estimate to completion of the work. They did everything agreed upon in the estimate. The crown wash and flashing they replaced is outstanding. Our chimney looks brand new! The two young men who did the work wasted no time, acted like professional's and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. And, their prices were very reasonable! Working with Family Chimney Repair was pleasant, efficient, and professional. Communication and scheduling were very good, and they got me onto the schedule quickly. Kelly and Johnny repaired my chimney masonry and added a crown - the work looks great and was done very quickly. Kelly returned to install a custom stainless steel outside mount cap. This job followed my metal roof installation, and now I have a great looking and functional roof and chimney.
