Discovered we need a chimney rebuild after replacing the roof. Chimney was 100+ years old and removal of flashing showed mortar and bricks long past needing attention. Family Chimney was recommended to us. Thorough bids for multiple options were given to us and the team was available for clarification and our many questions. The chimney rebuild was done beautifully and the area left spotless. Great experience from beginning to end.
Incredible experience working with Igor and Family Chimney. A competitive bid and from first reaching out to rebuilding our chimney was only one week! He also had the insight to suggest building with the burnt black brick (as opposed to preexisting red), which suits our house much better. Would recommend to anyone.
We learned of Family Chimney Repair when we watched them restore our neighbors chimney. My neighbor was so happy with their work that we too hired them to replace the crumbling stucco and rusted chimney caps on our own chimney. This was not an easy job and they did it quickly and very well. Their people were wonderful and communicated every step of the way. I wholehearted recommend them to you.
Absolutely incredible service from Igor and Kelly. I had two broken down fireplaces and they managed to bring them back to life and for a price much lower than anything else I was quoted. I'd highly recommend them.
Great communication throughout our experience from start to finish, from the estimate to completion of the work. They did everything agreed upon in the estimate. The crown wash and flashing they replaced is outstanding. Our chimney looks brand new! The two young men who did the work wasted no time, acted like professional's and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. And, their prices were very reasonable! They make it easy to give a 5 star review!
