Terrible receptionists. Talk over you and short with you for no reason. Patience i guess is a virtue. Headwaters is brand new to me and i am not impressed. My previous therapists office had a very cordial receptionist. With headwaters ive only made a few phone calls to the front desk and every time i do not like the person on the other end. If you need long term care don't go here they see you for a while then stop without notice But still send you paperwork as if they see you all the time You end up trying to find a different place for weekly service
I had Paige as my therapist and she was amazing. Very easy to talk to and didnt force the direction of the topics. Our conversations would flow smoothly and she could steer me toward what was really bothering me. I dont know if I would be here today without her.
They helped me a lot, great place of business.
