Very shady business. My minors counsel Lori Brooks recommended this place and told me to wait for the coordinator to call me. After a month with nothing I called and was told she had left me multiple voicemails. When I asked what phone number she called and when so I could inform my phone provider that I wasn’t getting not one but two voicemails, she became super rude, wouldn’t tell me. False advertisement, fraudulent, has more than one name for their businesses writes false reports on people very unprofessional . They’re three names for the same business include but not limited to : “healloveplay” “family and children counseling services” and “professionally supervised visits”. They scam people on money. I searched for weeks to find somewhere that provided the services that my child needs. This is a bit of a drive for me, but I have had no trouble scheduling appointments that fit with my schedule going so far as telehealth visits and they were even willing to work out some details with my insurance company. 5weeks in and I have no complaints
