Had an expensive kitchen floor put in & it wasn't even 2-3 months and the floor started separating. They came back to repair & it happened again except this time in more than one spot & worse. Since we were unhappy with the job they were willing to come back & replace the whole floor. So they come to replace the floor & as soon as they walk in the house they have a full on attitude right out of the gate! Always courteous and fair. Have been using them for years. Would recomend them to anyone.
We are happy with our carpet, but the gentleman serving us overpromised on when the carpet would actually arrive in the store. It didn't arrive until 4 business days after we were told it would. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase. Good value, good price.
