Terrible Service!!! What a waste of our money and time! Don't use them! Save your money and get someone else better and more professional. They will RUIN your carpet and furniture with their OLD and broken equipment. Very rude, showed up late, didn't use shoe covers, made the place more dirty and wet, and the job done just was horrible. They didn't remove any stains or dirt, very unhappy with their service. Very unprofessional and they don't know what they are doing. We are in shock!

I wouldn’t use any other company than Family Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning LLC, and that’s saying something. I first discovered Family through social media and was immediately impressed by the number of positive reviews. What stood out even more was how involved they are in giving back to the community. I recently bought a house that has carpet in the bedrooms. I needed to get them cleaned before we moved in and was looking for a local carpet cleaning company. I called Family Carpet Cleaning and spoke with Oscar. He is the owner and he was the person who showed up to do the work. He was professional and did a great job! My wife says we WILL be calling him back to do our couches soon.
