I am one that doesn’t like to do this type of thing. I have always taken my kids and myself here for care! Today though!!! Lord when I say we haven’t been here in about a year and a half since my kids started going to their actual pediatrician… Their dr didn’t have any openings sadly so I resorted to take two of my kids here to be seen. Charged for service I’ve never received. Super confused
I strongly advise people of color to seek medical care elsewhere, as I believe this facility is not committed to our health. Despite being recently diagnosed with high blood pressure, the physician delayed my prescription to confirm my past medication history with the pharmacy. While the pharmacy confirmed I had been previously prescribed blood pressure medication (which I hadn't picked up because I already had sufficient supply from my OB/GYN and hospital visits), the extra step felt unnecessary and invasive.
