Dr. Hina’s office charged my insurance for a ‘full physical’ when I only discussed knee pain. When I questioned it, they threatened collections. Also lost 3 lab results, prescribed a drug I’m allergic to (listed in my chart!), and wait times average 90+ minutes. Save your time and money. Stay away from this doctor practice
I scheduled an appointment for my daughter. When I arrived, I handed the receptionist my insurance card and my ID. The receptionist told me to sit down and then called me back up to the counter at least four times. She told me that my daughter was not on my insurance. I gave her my daughter's insurance card and gave my husband's date of birth so that she could use that as reference to look up my daughter under the member number that was listed on the card. Dr. Zaman is an exceptional doctor! She is very attentive and uh personable. She takes her time and allows you to ask questions. I have never felt rushed. Her team is also exceptional. Proud to say that this is my PCP.. Highly recommend
