I used this place a few times because of my insurance. I have almost always had issues with them. however I will add the RN Anne is WONDERFUL. The front offit staff are rude.. Patience needs and issues mean nothing to them. today I brought in my child.. they turned us away stating the insurance won't pay them, thou our plan co ers them according to the insurance. they didn't even offer a out of pocket, they just gave us another location to go to that's not co reed by the insurance.
