All went well!
I have been a patient in this office for over 20 years, but my primary doctor retired. I have met and like the two doctors that replaced our doctor. I had home care health persons taking care of me at home they had to call and wait 38 minutes before someone answered. I had a problem (not resolved yet) and waited for about 30 minutes and I hung up no one answered. If the doctors are great what good is it if no one can answer the phone?HELP
Dr Harpold is great . I felt comfortable talking to him about my health and seek done health guidance from him
Complete Health, Tried several times to call to no avail. Long automated call waiting resulting in Complete Health terminating the call without ever talking to someone! Complete Health needs to hire more people and/or improve their patient office communication. Prior to Complete Health , someone in the office always responded within seconds to our phone calls. Please correct this unacceptable , disappointing service. IN Respectfully Submitted, Bob
