My husband and I have been customers at Family Care Pharmacy for a while now, and we genuinely look forward to every interaction. The staff is incredibly responsive, questions get answered quickly, refills are handled without the usual runaround, and they actually pick up the phone. What sets them apart is that they treat you like a person, not a prescription number. I’ve been going too family care pharmacy as my family uses it too as well all down to my baby girl. They are very caring Mrs Kay always gets it done if there is an issue she fixes it. I do not know anyone here who’s ever been rude except once and I give her a pass because I might be that way as well some days working this type of business.
