Absolutely worst office staff ever. Refills on maintenance meds takes well over a week. The only way you can get anything done with them is if you make numerous phone calls waiting on hold for 15 to 30 minutes before anyone answers. Once you are on the phone they rush you and don't listen to what you even say. I only stayed at this office because one of the Drs but that no longer is worth it when I'm out of medication for well over a week with myself and the pharmacy reaching out many times.
