Absolutely unprofessional front desk staff with disgusting apathy towards their patients. They couldn't care less about you as a patient. They show zero empathy for your concerns, and zero effort to help you out in any way. 90% of any requests, no matter how basic (something as simple as printing out authorization) will be met with the same robotic, apathetic line: "Unfortunately we don't do that" Avoid this place.
