I’ve never been one to write reviews. Infact I don’t think I’ve ever written a review on anything ever. It’s sad that Dr Katkuri a nice doctor has allowed the service at his clinic to go to absolute HECK. While I’ve enjoyed good service from the practitioners, The front staff have zero care. Maybe -100. It’s been 3 weeks I came to see the practitioner and I’ve been waiting on my blood pressure medicine to be sent to my pharmacy. No big medicine , no Opiod no narcotic. Doctor talks bad about patients to other patients behind their back they fat shame being pushy about certain medical equipment does not recognize patients
The diabetes Doctor was so great and very Knowledgeable about Heart failure and diabetes So blessed to have her /her staff's work with me. Thank you.
I regret going to this place, because they wrongfully told us that they accept our insurance, but they made us pay for our visit and our lab. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THEM. I believe that I was wronged, because this is not fair. I could have gotten a free physical with our insurance provider, but they told us that they would cover our insurance so we went to them(LIES!!!).
