They don’t know how to code the visit. They’re charging $100+copay until the deductible is met, which doesn’t at all makes sense. Waste management
We were taking our mom there for a while but we have decided to find another doctor for her . She never got to see Dr. Reed and when we needed her to call us regarding a health problem with our mom she never returned our phone calls . The front desk staff is no help either so forget it .
I don’t write reviews but yeah this place is unprofessional. They talk about their patients behind their back and doctor goes on phone to check a message when I’m trying to talk about my health problems. Where is the professionalism left? They simply could care less about you.
