Absolutely horrible customer service and handling of prescriptions I’ve been trying to obtain my inhalers and medication for over two weeks. they close early, consistently hang up on you, and don’t answer the phone or call back I am strongly considering moving forward with legal action. This is by far the worst and most unprofessional nursing staff I have ever seen at this point.

Made two appts, one for blood work on friday, showed up and they said can't do blood draw cause the phlebotomist is off Fridays... So then why would we be scheduled to come in?! Then the second appt was made to go over results, and confirmed, showed up on the day and didn't have us on the schedule, could we come back. NO, you booked us to show up and take off work, make it work... The incompetency in this office is staggering. Go elsewhere!
