I have now visited this clinic 3 times in the last year, and each time the staff and doctor were phenomenal! Thank you, Dr. Beck, for the outstanding care you gave my 12-year-old son this evening. This clinic is awful go somewhere else ! They lie they don’t care about their patients at all!! Liars!!!! Ask to see your contract…. It’s all BS!!
Showed up 15 min before opening. At opening time 0900 I couldn’t be let in the building because a doctor hadn’t shown up and they weren’t sure if they were going to. I wasted time I could have been at a different clinic. Very frustrating.
This was without a doubt the WORST urgent care facility that I have ever walked into. They had no desire to help my young sons who was in pain. I went up and they asked about insurance, I told them that Ibhad United and Tricare l. They replied that they don’t take either (sorry Military and Veterans). I then asked to pay cash so we could be seen. They said that they would not help me since I had insurance. So they won’t take my insurance and then I can’t pay cash either.
