My son needed a cut on his knee cleaned out on the weekend, this was the only place open. They refused him treatment because they " don't take out of state insurance" fine. Except I have Washington state insurance.... that they don't take. So I offer to PAY FULL PRICE MYSELF... and they turned him away anyways. If I could leave negative amounts of stars for the review I would drop a black hole if possible. Turning away a bleeding crying kid?!
Came here because I wanted to see if I had the flu so I could get Tamiflu. I was seen for Five minutes and they did a no swab which tested for flu, Covid, and RSV. They charge my insurance $500 and my portion was $170 for that. Don’t go here unless you absolutely need to. They didn’t used to be this expensive
Brought a screaming baby in all the way from birch bay and got there at 4:45 pm on a saturday just for them to say they aren't taking anymore patients, my guess is because they wanted to go home early... I understand wanting to go home but dont say youre open till 5 if youre not g9ing to take patients till then.... its medical needs and now I have to find another place to go with a screaming baby
