Brought a screaming baby in all the way from birch bay and got there at 4:45 pm on a saturday just for them to say they aren't taking anymore patients, my guess is because they wanted to go home early... I understand wanting to go home but dont say youre open till 5 if youre not g9ing to take patients till then.... its medical needs and now I have to find another place to go with a screaming baby
Alex Goode was excellent. She made quick work of my visit, was clear about what she could and couldn’t determine, and didn’t pretend to know more than the data allowed. That honesty mattered. She also clearly laid out the path forward if things didn’t improve, which gave me confidence instead of guesswork. The front desk staff deserves credit as well. It it 11:38am on a Tuesday and my ear has completely gone deaf and I am low key freaking out and all over the place and I forced myself to go to the walk in clinic cause I usually avoid them cause the staff isn’t always the friendliest, but not this one here in Lynden! The front desk gals were amazing, so incredibly nice! One even called me on my drive to update me on a sudden wait time change, and they helped me think of ways to find my lost AirPod during my frazzledness. Arrived at 4:20 pm. Waited 30 minutes only to be told they couldn't see me as I arrived too late. I told them I was sick and needed help. They just threw me out with no help or guidance. They could not care less these clowns are pathetic and should not be allowed to practice whatever they call this scam they are perpetrating. There was a man ahead of me with a child clearly having an allergic reaction and in need of an EpiPen, they threw him and the child out as well.
