Was able to get a blood test quickly
Ive had 2 seperate incidence the last 2 months, a kiddo with a broken arm and a kiddo needing stitches. Both times we had great experiences. Xrays done, soft cast placed, was great to do so in lynden during the weekend when we werent sure if his arm was fractured. Second incidence was stitches, the doc we saw did excellent with the kiddo and did excellent stitches. Was amazing to go here instead of wait hours in the ER. Great care.
The young lady working the window is rude and dismissive. She needs more training on customer service. She denied my husband to bring my child in because of insurance. I went in myself with the same insurance and told her that we have been seen here before. All of a sudden they accepted us.
This urgent care is incredible. I have been here a few times in the last couple years and the staff is extremely kind and understanding. As a trans individual it is hard for me to find doctors that understand me and respect me, and this urgent care does just that! I’ve never had to wait super long here and the staff is always very friendly and nice :)
Our family always receives excellent care from FCN. Our only issue is the lengthy wait times for urgent care since they expanded beyond just seeing FCN patients. The population in Lynden has quadrupled in the past 40 years and 1 provider is just not cutting it anymore. It seems like adding an additional provider would improve patient experiences since it seems most negative feedback is related to wait times and lessen burnout for your staff.
