Genuinely amazing doctors and office staff, I love my doctor; she's very caring and does an incredible job.
This is a well run facility. I've never had to wait and unreasonable time to see the doctor. Dr. Stine is really great! He listens, asks questions, and actually involves the patient in health care decisions for the best outcome.
Dr. Tyler Nelson accurately diagnosed a problem that was worrying me and then discussed tests and treatment options with me that showed he took my concerns seriously. Good communicator. Knowledgeable and kind.
The last couple of times I’ve been seen at this location weren’t the best, I felt like my concerns were brushed off and I didn’t get any actual answers. It would also take several business days to get a reply through the portal. Now come to find out my provider left and they just switched me over without any kind of notice. The only good was that the MAs and the front office have been nothing but lovely every time I came in and always made me feel comfortable, but unfortunately I’ll still be switching care to a different FCN... read more
