In the lab blood draw service, if you get a trainee, please make sure they are supervised. The trainee who drew my blood left the tourniquet on while filling the tubes, which caused me a lot of pain.
I do not often change service providers. My last change was a year past after growing discontent with Optom (Everett Clinic). I was with the previous owners ( Associates in Family Medicine) for 50 years. Awesome, back then. Optom? Was a total cluster! Im being fair. I'm now at Northsound and plan to stay. Keep up the professionalism NS.
