I am new to Ferndale Family Medicine. I have only been seen there twice. I received my statement dated 10/30/14. Today, 11/8/14, I received a past due letter. Really! I have never in my life failed to pay a bill. FCN must have very little faith in their patients if they send out a past due notice EIGHT days after sending out the statement. Shameful.
