I just met Dr. Fox myself on Tuesday and he was very polite and wanted to know what I wanted to work on as far as my health. Between the two of us we came up with a plan that I felt very comfortable with. He is not pushy in any way. I look forward to having him help me achieve my health goals.
I like my doctor, the doctor is not a problem. But the charges are a bit egregious. I went in because I had a sore throat, she looked at my throat with a flashlight and said I likely don't have strep. I agree, I didn't have strep. However, the charge for simply looking at my throat for 10 seconds and chatting about it was $288! Why am I being charged that much for 15 minutes of time and flashlight shine? This place needs to get it together. My doctor was overworked or under concerned. Their staff and systems are consistently confused and contradict one another. Janky online platform. Automated and incorrect billing. Ugh.
Excellent care
I made an appt, they said they could provide a specific treatment....I got there and the doctor refused to provide said treatment but offered something else which I didn't need and then i paid what they asked and they gave me a receipt and told em to have a good day. then later they send me letters asking for more money after I left the state of Washington.
